3.2 Listing Guidelines

All listings must:

• Contain accurate descriptions and pricing
• Include genuine photographs of the actual item
• Be placed in the appropriate category
• Comply with Sri Lankan laws and regulations

3.3 Removal of Listings

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice or liability.

4. Transactions

4.1 Platform Role

Aduwata.lk serves as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

4.2 User Responsibility

All transactions are between users. You agree to:

• Exercise caution when meeting in person
• Verify the authenticity of items before purchase
• Report suspicious activities to us and law enforcement

5. Fees and Payments

Currently, Aduwata.lk offers free listing services. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice. Any premium features or services will be clearly indicated with their associated costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Aduwata.lk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aduwata.lk or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a license to display and promote such content on our platform.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
